What the Top 10% of Coaches Do Differently (Based on Real Data) Ep 329

What the Top 10% of Coaches Do Differently (Based on Real Data)

When I surveyed 115 coaches from around the world for the 2025 Global Coaching Business Survey, I noticed a clear pattern. The coaches who were fully booked or steadily signing clients shared specific habits. These habits were simple. sustainable. and completely available to you.

Here are the top patterns the highest performing coaches follow in 2025.

1. They keep things simple

The top performers are not juggling endless strategies. They choose one or two visibility methods and stick with them. Their approach is calm, grounded, and consistent.

2. They know exactly who they help

They speak directly to a specific person with a specific problem. They know their audience deeply and they tailor their message to meet real needs, not abstract desires.

3. They address real, immediate problems

These coaches focus on what their clients are struggling with today. They avoid vague language and speak clearly about burnout, stress, transitions, confidence, and boundaries.

4. They build trust through insight

The top ten percent are not trying to impress anyone. They teach. explain. and share perspective. They demonstrate understanding through thoughtful content and grounded leadership.

5. They evaluate and adjust regularly

They do not chase trends. They refine. reflect. and adjust with intention. This makes their business resilient and aligned.
