Today, I wanted to share some of my favourite quotes that relate to coaching. Quotes without action and implementation are just an inspiring thought, really just so much hot air.  But when you apply a quote to your life that's when it has an impact. Why not take a couple of the quotes that appeal to you most and put them into action? Use them as a daily mantra. Write them on a post-it note and put them in your wallet. Make one of them the wallpaper on your phone. Do whatever will keep them visible and then lean into them to get the most value.
